Bolognese

A sauce you can stand your spoon up in! This is an old fashioned concentrated meat ragu. North 44 ground beef is slow cooked with ground pork shoulder, Salumi and soffrito. The addition of warm spices traditional to the Emilia-Romagna give this ragu warmth and depth... a negligent amount of good Neopolitan canned tomatoes rounds it all out.  Stir this into your favorite pasta, dollop on a spoonfull of creamy Stracciatella and you are good to go hike the Dolomites or at least the Bachelor ;)
